Tool marks on stone: data and analysis

Description

The data included in this repository includes tool mark samples from Experimental (re)constructions of megalithic jars, samples from the Plain of Jars, Lao PDR, and the R code for preparation and analysis. The data includes Length, Width, Depth, Area and Volume measures of Tool Mark Channels (TMC) and count data for intra-channel markings (ICM). R code includes scripts used to prepare data and perform Two-Way ANOVA tests with relevant Post Hoc tests. Plot Script contains the code used to produce and export box plots of key variable distribution.
