This is raw data of the survey about ECCE TI. The survey measured eight variables, including six job-design factors, P–O fit, TI, and respondent characteristics. A five-point Likert scale, where 1 = ‘strongly disagree’ to 5 = ‘strongly agree,’ is used for all eight variables. The responses to reversed-score items were reversed by subtracting original response from six.
