Bio-computational analysis revealed uneven distribution of 260 MYB protein encoding genes through out the plant genome. Bash scripts was used to process and assemble the information under captions TF Name, Peptide Sequence, Length, Aromaticity, GRAVY, pI, M.w and Ins. index. which is given here.
