This dataset contains theoretical, numerical, and experimental data on the effective thermal conductivity of 3D woven composites with a porous ceramic matrix. The data are organized by micro (porous matrix), meso (woven yarns), and macro (composite) scales. Includes: model predictions, FEM results, experimental validations (literature and own measurements), parametric studies (pore aspect ratio, porosity, fiber volume fraction, interface thermal resistance), geometric models (STEP), and all input parameters.
