ROR1-PI3K/AKT signaling drives adaptive resistance to cell cycle blockade in TP53 mutated ovarian cancer
Description
We developed long-term resistant pre-clinical models to two complementary drugs: adavosertib (ADA) and paclitaxel (PTX).
