Raw data from metabolite profiling (GC-MS), volatile analysis (SPME-GC-MS), untargeted metabolomics (LC-QTof) and lipidomics: glyceride analysis and HILIC lipid analysis (LC-QTof). Samples included lines from three cassava populations bred for b-carotene content (GM5270, GM5309 and GM3736/3732). The latter was grown over several years (2017/2018 and 2020).
