Steps to reproduce

-Generate EXT1 and control knockdown Cos7 cells using shRNA as described in the referenced article -Transfect the cells with indicated ER markers -24H post-transfection, fix cells with 4% paraformaldehyde in PBS for 15 min at RT -Image the cells with a Leica TCS SP8 microscope using the 100x oil objective. Images were taken at 2068 x 2068 pixel resolution and deconvoluted with Huygens Professional software.
