Remibrutinib in inadequately controlled chronic spontaneous urticaria after switching from omalizumab: a real-world case series
Description
Figure 2. Standard UCT trajectories in 13 patients with chronic spontaneous urticaria (CSU) switched from omalizumab to remibrutinib.Orange lines identify the six patients with any UAS7 increase from day 7 to week 4; gray lines identify the remaining patients. Black diamonds indicate medians; error bars indicate interquartile ranges. Dotted lines denote UCT=12. Horizontal positions follow nominal elapsed weeks. Day-7 UCT7 is not connected to standard UCT because their recall periods differ. The figure is supplied separately.

This was a retrospective, real-world case series conducted at a Urticaria Center of Reference and Excellence (UCARE). The objective was to evaluate early clinical outcomes and safety of remibrutinib in adults with chronic spontaneous urticaria (CSU) inadequately controlled by omalizumab. No prospective protocol, randomization, or comparator group was used; all data were extracted from routine clinical records. Reporting follows the general structure of a case series.
