See paper: Comparative photosynthetic capacity, respiration rates, and nutrient content of micropropagated and wild-sourced Sphagnum. Data gathered through use of GHG analyser and a small chamber in controlled conditions, ICP-OES analysis of dried Sphagnum samples, measurement of chloropcysts and number of chloroplasts from microscope images.
