The EU_27 fiscal dataset contains harmonized annual panel data for the 27 EU Member States covering 1996–2023. It includes variables on real GDP growth, public education and health expenditure, fiscal balance, inflation, and population used in the empirical analysis. The data were compiled and processed from publicly available Eurostat sources and support the reproducibility of the study’s dynamic panel and cluster analyses.
