T/E2 ratio and risk of CMD in women
Description
This data was collected from 45 to 55 years old women who visited from the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University over the period of May 2018 to August 2021 for their routine medical examination. This data set was collected by three main authors: Awadji Fabrice Boris, Yuzhou Xue and Yi Jiang. There were 1,147 consecutive women recruited. This data collection was approved by the ethics committee of the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University. All the participants and their family members gave theirs approval and signed informed consent.

Steps to reproduce
Participants recruited were 45 to 55 years old. Introduction - Self-introduction - Explanation of the study content - Sign the informed consent Baseline Data Information (step One) - Name - Hospitalization ID - Current health status - Medical history - Menopausal status - Alcohol intake status - Smoking status Exclusion based on potential Exclusion Criteria related to a "specific study" (Step two) 1- Inaccurate report of the last menstrual cycle date 2- Diagnosis of oligomenorrhea 3- Pregnant or had breastfed within the past two years 4- Sudden weight loss in the last 6 months prior registration 5- Diagnosis of malignant tumors 6- Pituitary or adrenal gland diseases 7- Polycystic ovary syndrome 8- Hysterectomy or ovariectomy 9- Experienced psychological trauma or emotional distress within past 4 weeks 10- Oral contraceptive pills or hormone replacement therapy in the last 3 months Variables Collection (step Three) Of 1147 identified participants, 596 were qualified for: Physical examination, Hormonal and biochemical assessments.
