Steps to reproduce

This medical records is collected from RSUP Prof Ngoerah Denpasar, Bali. This is the medical records of patient that have been diagnoses with heart failure disease. We used this data to create a name entity recognition model with BERT dan BIOBERT, to help structure the unstructured medical records data. The medical record is structured to match Subjective, Objective, Diagnosis and Medication section of the medical records
