Description

This dataset contains anonymized derived data supporting the manuscript “R2-OBM: A Reliability-Aware Radial Outer-Boundary Metrology Method for Microscopic Solder Ball Inspection”. The released files include manual-reference annotation summaries, measurement results, baseline comparison results, scale calibration records, scale-bar repeatability statistics, and perturbation robustness results. Raw microscopic images, ROI crop images, model weights, private paths, and device-related information are not included due to restrictions related to microscopic inspection data.

Steps to reproduce

The dataset contains anonymized derived data used to verify the statistical results reported in the associated manuscript. To reproduce the reported tables, users may inspect the CSV files in the public tables, per-sample metrics, manual reference, scale and uncertainty, and perturbation robustness folders. This dataset supports verification of aggregate results and derived metrics, but does not include the raw image-level workflow. Raw microscopic images, ROI crop images, model weights, private paths, and executable scripts are not included.
