Michael FoxDescription
This dataset is from the manuscript, "Gradients in primary production predict trophic strategies of mixotrophic corals across spatial scales" published in Current Biology issue XXX. It includes data on surface chl-a and SST at 16 locations through the tropics as well as stable isotope data and inorganic nutrient data from Pocillopora meandrina in the Southern Line Islands, Kiribati. This dataset was used to investigate regional and global patterns in coral heterotrophic nutrition as a function of nearshore primary production. Please contact me before using these data.
