The purpose of this study was to test how far low-sugar pudding is accepted in the Bandung community, especially among individuals who are on a healthy diet but still consume sweet foods.

This qualitative research is a technique or research method used in researching in natural conditions without experiments (done as is without engineering) where the researcher becomes the key instrument that reads, analyzes, and provides answers from the results of the analysis obtained from data collection techniques such as interviews, observations and is inductive, so that the results of qualitative research emphasize the meaning from the respondent's perspective rather than taking a general outline.
