Description

Using Mendelian randomization to analyze the causal effect of AD on osteoporosis and bone loss. 19 single-nucleotide polymorphisms were detected in Genome-Wide Association Studies (GWASs) database from IEU GWASs Project. The outcomes were Osteoporosis and Osteopenia, the subset differed by bone and age. MR-Egger regression, Inverse variance weighted, weighted median, weighted mode, and simple mode was conducted for MR analyses.
