Description

Data collected for the Confirmatory Factor Analysis for a new inventory to measure employee engagement (in Spanish). The items are 5 point likert were made to measure four dimensions of engagement proposed by Kahn (1992): Attentiveness (items 1-4), Conection (5-7), Integration (8-13), and Focus (14-16). Reverse items are: 5, 6, 7 (already reversed in the codified sheet). Missing values = 999. 541 responses collected on Surveymonkey.com in 2020.
