This repository contains the complete dataset associated with the study "Whole-Body Vibration-Induced Neuromuscular and Skeletal Muscle Remodeling in Oophorectomized Rats". The dataset includes raw and processed data obtained from female Wistar rats allocated into four experimental groups (SHAM-SED, SHAM-WBV, OOPHX-SED, and OOPHX-WBV) to investigate the effects of whole-body vibration on skeletal muscle under hypoestrogenic conditions. Data comprise morphological, morphometric, histochemical, ultrastructural, and neuromuscular junction assessments of the extensor digitorum longus (EDL) muscle, including muscle fiber cross-sectional area, fiber-type distribution, myonuclear parameters, neuromuscular junction measurements, sarcomere organization, and ultrastructural characteristics obtained by transmission electron microscopy. Metadata files describing experimental groups, measured variables, units, and analytical procedures are provided to facilitate reproducibility, transparency, and secondary analyses.
