We used the OR-PAM system established by our research group to conduct animal experiments on mouse ears and obtained normal vessel data and tumor vessel data for microvessel segmentation. Normal vessel dataset has a total of 69 images, 48 of which are used for training and validation, and 21 for testing. All experimental animal procedures were carried out in compliance with protocols approved by the Animal Studies Committee of the Shenzhen Institutes of Advanced Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences.
