Description

Example of ultrasound scans of muscle architecture collected in the gastrocnemius medialis (sample data A and B) and tibialis anterior (sample data c) muscles. These anonymised data were used to illustrated the functionality of the analysis script described in the companion paper "Simple Muscle Architecture Analysis (SMA): an ImageJ macro tool to automate measurements in B-mode ultrasound scans”.
