This study investigated the relationship between two miR-100 single-nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs), rs543412 and rs183430, and their potential contribution to susceptibility to ALL in North African Tunisian children.

Steps to reproduce
Our findings demonstrate significant associations between miR-100 polymorphisms and ALL susceptibility in North African children, with rs183430 showing the strongest correlation, and TG haplotype conferring the highest risk. These results suggest that miR-100 SNPs may constitute potential biomarkers for ALL.
