PNB for hemorrhidectomy

Description

This study investigated the trans-perineal approach for ultrasound guided pudendal nerve block in cases of hemorrhoidectomy under general anesthesia. This study hypothesizes that US guided trans-perineal approach is a safe applicable technique that would decrease the incidence of postoperative voiding symptoms (primary outcome). Secondary variables included; postoperative symptoms postoperative pain scores and postoperative analgesia consumption.
