Steps to reproduce

Representatives of the ATPases associated with various cellular activities (AAA) and protein families with various functions were selected from the Swiss-Prot protein database (https://www.uniprot.org/) and aligned with predicted Pex1 and Pex6 amino acid sequences using MAFFT (version 7) [1]. Representatives of GFO_IDH_MocA protein family were selected from the Swiss-Prot protein database and based on known crystal structures [2, 3].
