Our findings clarified that TDP-43 was involved in AD-related phenotype alterations in cooperation with ApoE4 in AD patient-derived brain organoids and first identified the interaction between TDP-43 and APOE4 mRNA, which will provide a more comprehensive understanding of the neurological function of TDP-43 and ApoE4, and offer new insight into the mechanism of AD. The following uploaded data were related to details on target prediction applied in our study.
