Real-time near-infrared (NIR) vascular mapping for preoperative planning of a subcutaneous vascular lesion (~19 seconds). The video demonstrates live NIR illumination over the lesion site, with dynamic visualization of superficial vascular channels. The operator generates a patient-specific vascular 78 map to guide safe incision placement and minimize the risk of inadvertent vessel injury during excision. A still image of the clinical lesion is included for reference.
