Single-cell RNA-seq reveals the keratinocyte heterogeneity and increased interfollicular basal keratinocytes in wound-induced hair follicle neogenesis

Description

We created large wounds (LW) and small wounds (SW) on the dorsal side of mice respectively, and hair follicle regeneration was confirmed by whole mount assay and HE staining. The re-epithelized tissues of 3 LW mice and 3 SW mice were collected for single-cell RNA sequencing analysis. Results were corroborated by immunofluorescence (IF) staining and masson staining.
