This dataset is submitted in support of a manuscript under submission at GCA. This dataset includes: (1) Table S1, zircon U-Pb-Hf-O analytical results; (2) Table S2, Whole-Rock major and trace element analytical results; (3) Table S3, garnet major element analytical results; (4) Table S4, garnet trace element analytical results; (5) Table S5, mineral separates oxygen isotope analytical results; (6) Compilation of global detrital zircon Hf content and Zr/Hf ratios for 4.1–2.4 Ga; (7) Compilation of global Archean pegmatites; (8) Thermodynamic modeling results of fractional crystallization processes.
