Description
Paired-end 16S rRNA V3–V4 amplicon reads (PE250, Illumina NovaSeq 6000) from human sputum and mouse lung/gut samples in the SCI study. Demultiplexed FASTQ files with 7-bp sample barcodes; extraction blanks and no-template controls included. The accompanying metadata.tsv provides de-identified sample information (species, tissue, group, time point, treatment), primer sequences (338F/806R), and run identifiers. These data underpin all community analyses (alpha/beta diversity, weighted UniFrac PCoA, PERMANOVA, LEfSe, SourceTracker, random forest). See BioProject IDs PRJNA1100250, PRJNA1100322, PRJNA1100933. No direct identifiers are present.
