Description

This series of datasets provide the basics of a Differential Monitoring approach in child care and early education. It provides the key compliance indicator (DM KCI), key quality indicator (DM KQI), risk assessment (DM RAM), and validation (DM VAL) of each method in the four data sets listed. All the data were collected in a Canadian Province over a 5 year period. It is the best example of the Differential Monitoring approach used in the human services. Steps to reproduce

SPSS was used to analyze the data. The data were collected by licensing staff and program quality staff specially trained for this project. Licensing/compliance data and program quality data were collected on all programs in the Province.
