This dataset includes (1) Biomass of rice at the tillering and maturity stages under normal and Zn gradient excess conditions, (2) Zn concentrations in rice tissues at the tillering and maturity stages under increasing Zn levels, (3) Zn isotope compositions (δ66Zn) in rice tissues at the tillering and maturity stages under increasing Zn concentrations in nutrient solutions, (4) Zn isotope fractionation and Zn transport efficiency in rice at the tillering and maturity stages under increasing Zn concentrations in nutrient solutions, (5) Expression levels of OsZIP1, OsZIP4, and OsHMA2 in tillering and maturity stages under increasing Zn concentrations in nutrient solutions.
