Description

We analyzed the VRD (+)/(−) and dapsone (DDS) (+)/(−) groups with ICD-10 from 2005 to 2021. Statistical methods were used to evaluate the associations, COPD incidence, and anti-AD drugs (AADs).

Patients with Hansen’s disease (HD) spend their whole lives on Sorok Island. According to the request to disclose health checkup information from 2005 to 2020 on October 27, 2020, 2186 people (1152 males, 1034 females) resided. This study was conducted to determine the potential clinical impact of continuing AD and related AADs on elderly care in a real-life setting. The Dementia Management Act (DMA) in South Korea was enacted in August 2011 after declaring the "War against Dementia in 2008". DMA accelerates the socialization of dementia care services at the national level. The War against Dementia and DMA encouraged the prescription of AADs. Medical staff prescribed AADs to treat MCI or AD, and DMA randomized the DDS-nonprescribing (-) group from the DDS-prescribing (+) group. The authors randomized the electronic data interchange (EDI) code-based cohort studies, tested the cohort in a completely blinded state, and provided definite causality. From 2012 to 2019, AADs increased or decreased the number of deaths based on the R2 > 0.75. Excess ACh might inhibit ACh receptors for IFN production against virus invasion.
