Description

This dataset contains the statistical evaluation metrics of 1,250 academic certificate images across five standard formats (PNG, JPEG, GIF, BMP, TIFF). These images were processed using a dual-layer 6D Hyper-Chaotic encryption and SPHINCS+ steganography framework. The dataset records the file format, histogram uniformity (Chi-Square statistic), and spatial randomness (Horizontal, Vertical, and Diagonal Adjacent Pixel Correlation) to validate the algorithm's cryptographic robustness against statistical attacks.

Steps to reproduce

To replicate this study and regenerate the dataset, execute the following workflow: 1. Data Preparation: Collect 1,250 certificate images distributed equally across the five formats (250 images each) and standardize their resolutions. 2. Cryptographic Processing: Encrypt each original image using the 6D Hyper-Chaotic System for spatial pixel scrambling, then inject the hidden payload using Fibonacci-LSB steganography paired with a SPHINCS+ digital signature. 3. Statistical Evaluation: For every encrypted image, compute the Chi-Square statistic for the 0–255 pixel intensity distribution. Then, calculate the Pearson correlation coefficients for adjacent pixel pairs in horizontal, vertical, and diagonal orientations. 4. Data Aggregation: Compile the resulting filenames, formats, and computed numerical metrics into a structured spreadsheet (e.g., CSV or Excel) for final validation.
