Description

R Script to model livestock predation risk by native carnivores in the presence of a predation control method such as livestock guardian dogs (LGDs). The code includes correlation analysis to avoid using redundant covariates, a GLMM script to model predation probability using different biophysical landscape and ecological attributes, as well as lines to graph the results obtained and to test model performance.
