This dataset supports the analysis conducted for a bibliometric study exploring the intersection of immersive technology, business, and education. The dataset consists of two components: Primary Data: A collection of 1,040 scientific publications retrieved from Scopus databases. These publications broadly focus on the themes of immersive technology and business. The primary dataset was analyzed using bibliometric methods to identify research trends, authors, country, relationship between keyword, and citation patterns. This allows for a comprehensive understanding of how immersive technologies are being researched and applied in the business domain globally. Secondary Data: This data consist of 20 publications specifically related to immersive technology in Indonesian education. This smaller dataset complements the specific dataset by offering a more localized perspective. Bibliometric analysis of this secondary data set was used to explore how immersive technologies are being implemented and discussed within Indonesian educational. Analysis was conducted using the R Biblioshiny analysis tool ensuring transparency and reproducibility of results. This dataset can be used by other researchers for replication, extended analysis, or comparative studies in the domains of immersive technology.
