Description

This dataset compiles quantitative preclinical response data for anticancer drugs tested in mouse xenograft models. It includes 1,173 xenograft cases extracted from 159 peer-reviewed publications, covering four major cancer types (breast, colon, colorectal, and lung). Each entry provides standardized information on drug type, dosage, administration route, mouse strain, tumor model, histology, and response outcomes such as tumor volume and weight ratios relative to control groups.
