Description
This dataset contains single-cell and bulk RNA sequencing data generated for the study "CCND1 mitigates ischemia-induced pathological cardiac remodeling by promoting cardiac monocyte-derived macrophage transition to reparative phenotype." The deposited data include: (1) Single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) of human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) from 4 myocardial infarction (MI) patients (48 h post-onset) and 4 matched non-MI controls, performed on the DNBelab C4 Pocket platform (MGI/BGI) and sequenced on DNBSEQ-T7; (2) Bulk RNA-seq of human PBMCs from 4 MI patients and 4 controls; (3) Bulk RNA-seq of magnetically sorted human CD14⁺ monocytes from 4 MI patients and 5 controls; (4) Bulk RNA-seq of cardiac tissue from macrophage-specific Ccnd1 knockout (Ccnd1^MacKO) and Ccnd1^flox/flox control mice at 7 days post-MI; (5) Bulk RNA-seq of sorted cardiac macrophages from Ccnd1^MacKO and control mice at 3 and 7 days post-MI; (6) Smart-seq2 transcriptomic profiling of FACS-sorted tdTomato⁻ monocyte-derived macrophages (MDMs) from Cx3cr1^CreERT2;Rosa^tdTomato lineage-tracing mice under sham, 3-day, and 7-day post-MI conditions. All human samples were collected from Han Chinese individuals. Human sequencing data were aligned to GRCh38.
