MQTT Traffic Stats Dataset

Description

This dataset used for our paper entitled Lightweight Adaptive Protocol-Aware Detection and Mitigation of MQTT-Based DDoS Attacks in Resource-Constrained IoT Networks, which we created a lightweight model to detect DDoS Attacks in MQTT. Explanation each column data: 1. timestamp: Time and date which captures the traffic 2. connect_count: Count of IoT devices that started to open connection to IoT network 3. publish_count: Count of sent message packet in IoT network 4. subscribe_count: Count of IoT devices that has been subscribed to IoT network 5. disconnect_count: IoT devices that are automatically disconnected because detected as a DDoS attack attempt
