Steps to reproduce

Data for the research were obtained through an applied study in a vegetable distribution company, using direct observation of operations, review of internal records, and time measurements at each stage of the logistics process. Agile methodologies were applied for continuous improvement, along with automated classification techniques based on computer vision. Data were collected and processed using spreadsheets and analysis software, and a prototype with sensors and cameras was used for product selection. The workflow included process diagnosis, problem identification, solution design, and validation, allowing the study to be replicated in similar contexts.
