Description

This dataset contains the raw survey data used to examine how Artificial Intelligence (AI) adoption influences Business Model Innovation (BMI), Sustainable Competitive Advantage (SCA), and Firm Performance (FP). The study integrates three theoretical lenses—TOE Framework, Contingency Theory, and Dynamic Capabilities Theory—to explain the determinants and outcomes of AI adoption in Vietnamese enterprises. The dataset includes responses from 325 managers across various industries in Vietnam who have experience with or knowledge of their firms’ digital transformation and AI adoption activities.
