Description
Dataset ini berisi data penilaian kinerja guru di SMK Insan Madani berdasarkan enam kriteria, yaitu penampilan, sikap, metode mengajar, keterampilan, interaksi, dan tanggung jawab. Metode yang digunakan untuk proses evaluasi adalah Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). File ini mendukung hasil penelitian skripsi dan berisi data mentah, hasil normalisasi, dan perhitungan akhir.

Steps to reproduce
The following steps explain how to reproduce the results of the teacher performance evaluation using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. All referenced files are included in the dataset. 1. Access Raw Data Open the file data_kinerja_guru.xlsx. This file contains the initial performance scores of each teacher (alternatives) based on six evaluation criteria: Penampilan (Appearance) Sikap (Attitude) Metode Mengajar (Teaching Method) Keterampilan (Skill) Interaksi (Interaction) Tanggung Jawab (Responsibility) Each row represents one teacher, and each column corresponds to a criterion. 2. Normalize the Data Normalize the raw values for each criterion using the following SAW formula: ini Copy Edit Rij = Xij / Xmax Where: Rij is the normalized score of alternative i on criterion j Xij is the original score Xmax is the highest score for that criterion Perform this step for each criterion across all alternatives. You can use Excel or any spreadsheet software to automate this step. 3. Apply Weights Refer to the file bobot_kriteria.xlsx, which contains the weights (importance values) for each of the six criteria. Multiply each normalized value by its corresponding weight: ini Copy Edit Vi = ∑(Rij × Wj) Where: Vi is the final score of teacher i Rij is the normalized value Wj is the weight for criterion j 4. Calculate Final Scores Sum all weighted normalized values per teacher to obtain the final score. This results in a single total score for each teacher. 5. Ranking Rank the final scores from highest to lowest. The teacher with the highest score is considered to have the best performance according to the SAW method. 6. Reference Supporting Files hasil_perhitungan.pdf: Displays the full ranking results and detailed computation. visualisasi_grafik.pdf: Optional file containing charts for visual representation of performance rankings. 7. Tools Used These steps can be performed using: Microsoft Excel Google Sheets Or other spreadsheet software Optional programming tools like Python or MATLAB can also be used for automation.
