The protective effect of the Hexane and DCM extracts of B.monnieri. But not the Ethanol extract. Measured using Trypan blue staining, and viable counting.

Steps to reproduce
co-treat HT-22 cells with the Herb and glutamate Over night, caurefully harvest all the cells (remembering to collect the dead cells from the media, then stain with trypan blue and count the viable cells.
