The dataset was derived from a cross‑sectional, single‑center validation study conducted at Maharishi Markandeshwar Hospital, Mullana, Ambala, Haryana, India, between March 2025 and January 2026. A total of 51 participants with clinically diagnosed lower limb lymphedema (LLL) were enrolled using convenience sampling. Inclusion criteria were: age 18–75 years, confirmed unilateral or bilateral LLL, proficiency in Hindi, and willingness to provide informed consent. Exclusion criteria included active infection, open wounds, pregnancy, recent lower limb surgery (<6 months), or inability to comprehend Hindi.
