Construction of Database-based Innovation and Entrepreneurship Talent Ability Profiling System
Description
Based on the Web of Science database, the bibliometric method was used to systematically analyze the research field of "innovation and entrepreneurship talent ability portrait". VOSviewer software was used to visualize the relevant literature from 2016 to 2025, and the author cooperation network, keyword co-occurrence network, and literature co-citation network were constructed. It was found that the research in this field presents obvious interdisciplinary characteristics, mainly focusing on three major theoretical frameworks: human capital theory, dynamic capability theory, and social capital theory. The core research themes include the identification of competency characteristics of innovative and entrepreneurial talents, the role mechanism of competency and performance, and the influence of environmental factors on the growth of talents. The authors' collaborative network analysis reveals that European and American scholars dominate, forming several regional research clusters, but the cross-regional cooperation is relatively weak. Keyword analysis reveals the importance of core concepts such as "human capital", "innovation capability" and "entrepreneurial orientation", and the key role of performance indicators such as "firm performance" and "growth". This study proposes a three-dimensional analysis framework of "individual traits-organizational environment-innovation performance" by integrating the results of literature measurement and content analysis, which provides a theoretical basis and methodological reference for subsequent studies.
