A non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) mouse xenograft model was established and treated with cisplatin alone or in combination with lienal peptide oral solution. Serum samples from the normal group, model group, cisplatin treatment group, and cisplatin+ lienal peptide oral solution group were subjected to semi-targeted metabolomic analysis. The aim was to identify differential metabolites in NSCLC mice and elucidate the metabolic changes associated with lienal peptide ’s enhancement of antitumor efficacy and alleviation of cisplatin-induced toxicity.
