Spiritual well-being and depressive symptoms among informal caregivers of patients with cancer: a cross-sectional analysis

Description

This dataset contains anonymized data from an analytical cross-sectional study conducted among informal caregivers of cancer patients treated at a tertiary care hospital in Mexico between December 2025 and February 2026. The dataset includes sociodemographic characteristics, caregiving-related variables, spiritual well-being scores measured with the Spiritual Well-being Index (SWI), and depressive symptoms assessed using the CESD-7 scale. The data were collected to evaluate the association between spiritual well-being and depressive symptoms in informal caregivers of cancer patients.
