This article shows investigative data about the factors that influence organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). When it comes to jobs as complex as prison officers, it's essential to take on extra roles or carry out duties that fall outside of your calling or responsibilities. The variables included in the dataset are Proactive Personality (PP), Job Satisfaction (JS), Affective Commitment (AC), and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). The dataset includes 387 respondents based on a questionnaire survey from structural correctional officers of the Kementerian Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia Indonesia throughout Indonesia. In addition, the dataset in this article also contains the demographic profile of the respondents. Data was collected with the help of a questionnaire distributed to structural officers in all structural prisons of the Kementerian Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia Indonesia by distributing it through an online questionnaire carried out in 3 waves of data collection. This dataset can provide significant insights for future research regarding the importance of organizational citizenship behavior and the factors that can influence organizational citizenship behavior.
