This dataset comprises six-month (July–December 2025) GPS telemetry data from four bulldozers and one excavator at PLN UP Rembang, including daily operating hours and monthly utilization rates. It also includes anonymized interview transcripts with Operations Manager, Coal Handling Staff, and Efficiency Staff, along with NVivo hierarchy charts, and word frequency visualizations. Suitable for research on Industrial IoT, digital transformation, and equipment utilization in power plants.
