Type C tunnel treated with the seton technique

Description

The seton remained in place for 4 weeks. Tunnel depth decreased from 6 mm to 2.6 mm. Seton was then removed and a deroofing was performed under local anesthesia in the dermatologic office. Results, one month after deroofing. No lesion recurrence has been observed after a 3-month follow-up.
