See "ReadMe.md" file for notes. Please be aware that the dataset including the full firm registry (cleaned), referenced in the code as "./new/pipeline/firmregister_full.dta", is not included due to its sensitive nature and provenance. Thus, all code referencing this file will not work. However, this file is only used herein for minor (descriptive) results, not our main analysis. If there is a specific reason why this database is required, please contact the authors of the paper.
