Description

Our research group conducted a study on the improvement of perimenopausal depression by dietary lignans. This study conducted randomized controlled intervention experiments, fecal microbiota transplantation experiments, and mechanism studies on animals and cells in the perimenopausal population. The raw data related to the above research includes anthropometric measurements of RCTs, emotional scores, blood biochemistry, imaging tests, as well as general indicators of animal intervention, behavioral experiments, qPCR and protein detection indicators, and raw data from metagenomic sequencing, 16S sequencing, and proteomic sequencing.
